Cancellation Policy

I. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

  1. Orders may be canceled by the member before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  2. To request a cancellation, please contact BazaarBandhu customer support at [email protected] or call +91 8448201949 as soon as possible.

  3. If an order is successfully canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued as a credit in BazaarBandhu Wallet Account, equivalent to the amount paid.

  4. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within a maximum period of 7-10 working days.

II. General Terms

  1. This Policy has been rolled out at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify / withdraw this Policy without notice at any time. The decision of the Company in relation to any matter arising out of this Policy shall be final and binding on the member.
